Each transmitter features a customizable E-Ink display for uploading an image, logo, or graphic through the Insta360 app, plus flexible mounting options for different recording setups.
A built-in 3-mic array supports three directional pickup modes. Omnidirectional mode captures 360° sound and naturally blends voices with ambient audio. Super-directional mode uses adaptive beamforming to focus on sound directly in front of the microphone while suppressing surrounding speech noise. Figure-8 mode records from the front and rear, making it ideal for two-way interviews and conversations.
NPU-powered AI noise canceling helps deliver crisp, natural, high-fidelity audio. Automatic gain control helps prevent clipping during large volume changes, while Dynamic mode balances levels in controlled, quiet environments. Standard, Rich, and Bright voice presets provide balanced sound, added mid-low depth, or enhanced high-frequency clarity.
The included receiver supports a stable, plug-and-play connection to phones, cameras, and computers. Choose Mono mode to mix both transmitters or Stereo mode to preserve separate tracks for post-production. Safety Track mode records a second track at -6dB as backup. Compatible transmitters can also connect directly to supported Insta360 cameras for high-fidelity 48kHz audio without the receiver.
Each transmitter provides 32GB of onboard memory, up to 60 hours of internal recording, 32-bit float capture, stereo internal recording, and fast USB-C file export. With up to 30 hours of total battery life using the charging case, this Insta360 wireless microphone kit is ready for extended shoots. The 2TX + 1RX package includes two transmitters, one receiver, and a charging case, along with mounting, connection, and carrying accessories.
