will the fans run at full speed or can the mobo change the speed?

On defult it will, u may be able to change it in Bio's or system fan program.

Did you plug these directly into the motherboard or did you connect them to a cpu/molex connector?

From the mobo just plug it to the 4 pin mobo and that splits the connection into two fans

What is the wire gauge on these?

Can I connect to PWN fans to this splitter? Thanks.
