If i want to replace this fan with a different color fan will any 92 mm pwm fan be supported?

pwm  specification  varies with the number of pins (3 or 4) in its connectors.   If the brand is the same, and the listed specifications are the same, and the model number is the same, except with the color listed, then it should be the same.   However, some fans with different hoods or covers may vary in their specs.   Check with mfg :  https://noctua.at/en/products

will this cool an amd fx 8350?

Yes, according to the AMD website about the 8750, it is an AM3+ style bracket, which is included in the box. I use an i5 4690k with this cooler, so I ma not 100% sure on the AMD side. The bracket you need is included though.

Will this work with a lga 1151 (skylake) chip?

1150 and 1151 cooler mounting patterns are the same so this works with both 1150 and 1151.

The description shows LGA-1200 compatibility but  the Specs do not, which is it?

It works on FCLGA 1200. I have been installing the heatsink on ASUS Z590-A Prime boards and works great.

The best thing to do is go to the Noctua Web site, click on the  tab at the top of the page, then click on .  You probably won't find an exact match for a Dell system, but you can compare your parts to other manufacturer's equipment you may be familiar with.

Will this heatsink/fan work on a HP3515 pro with a MS7778 FM2 socket motherboard?

If what I found online is correct the HP Pro 3515 is a MicroTower design meaning it is pretty small. The minimum dimensions I found listed were 165 x 389 x 368 mm. The height of the cooler is 110 mm which means there is very little space between that and the 165 mm of the case. Also, I am not familiar with the HP MB layout so can't be sure if it would fit alongside memory and capacitors or heat sinks. Maybe someone else can give better advice. You may be better off looking for a low profile cooler. This does work with FM2 socket.

will it work on a 1200 cpu ..??

I presume you are referring to the AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Desktop Processor.  It would depend more on the motherboard manufacturer than the processor. See below with regard to AMD processors and motherboards.

From the manufacturer's website relating to the NH-D9L,

* IMPORTANT NOTE: "Some AMD mainboards violate the 96x114mm keep-out zone specified by AMD, so the NH-D9L can only be used with RAM modules of up to 30mm height on these boards. Please consult our compatibility list for details. **The optional front fan will sit above the RAM and depending on the height of the RAM modules, the fan may have to be moved up so far that the total height of the cooler exceeds 110mm. This certainly require more study on your part. Hope this helps.

Question 10

Does this cooler come w/ a AM4 socket adapter?  Planning on installing this cooler on an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G.

I bought this cooler two years ago, and it works great BTW, but the AM4 socket is fairly new and a very different geometry, so unless they've updated the compatible brackets, I would say the answer is most likely no-
