Will this docking station be compatible with a Surface Pro 6?

Hello. You'd be better off buying the Microsoft version of this dock designed for the surface. They use a magnetic connector only used on their devices. This may work but not at well as the one you'd get from Microsoft.

Question 2

Dell website says the WD15 should also be compatible with Precision series, but don't see it here. will this work with Dell Precision 5520 ?

It should work fine. The differences I see between the WD15 & the WD19 is the number & type of ports plus the way the power supply connects to the dock. WD15 has a separate PS whereas the WD19 PS is hooked right to the dock.
