- The UHS speed class, video speed class, and application performance class of TEAMGROUP SD and MicroSD memory cards are tested using professional testing instruments and comply with the standards set by relevant associations.
- Performance is based on TEAMGROUP's internal testing, utilizing advanced technology to achieve transfer speeds exceeding 104 MB/s for UHS-I interface and 312 MB/s for UHS-II interface. For optimal performance, a professional card reader is recommended. Actual transfer speeds may vary depending on testing hardware and software conditions, and the provided figures are for reference only.
- 1GB=1,000,000,000 bytes, 1TB= 1,000,000,000,000 bytes. However, the actual usable capacity may be lower than the stated capacity as some capacity is used for formatting and system functions. Displayed capacity may also vary due to differences in OS calculation methods.
- Different devices, such as mobile devices and cameras, have specific recommended file system formats. It is advisable to format the memory card on your device (mobile phone, camera, camcorder, etc.) before use to ensure proper functionality and integrity.
2. Warranty and Support
- The warranty period for TEAMGROUP products starts from the original purchase date. To claim warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an invoice or delivery order). If proof of purchase cannot be provided, TEAMGROUP will determine the warranty period based on the product's serial number.
- All TEAMGROUP memory cards under the "TEAM," "T-CREATE," and "T-FORCE" brands are covered by warranty service. If the product is damaged due to natural factors from the date of purchase, free repair services will be provided within the warranty period.
- The warranty for memory cards (except surveillance memory cards) does not cover usage in devices such as video recorders, security systems, surveillance cameras, body cameras, or continuous recording/audio recording devices.
- CFexpress Type B memory cards are subject to normal wear and tear, and reaching the Total Bytes Written (TBW) limit is considered normal degradation, which is not covered under the limited warranty.
- The limited warranty (as specified on the official product website) may not be applicable in certain countries or states due to local laws and regulations. However, this limited warranty does not affect the maximum legally mandated warranty period in those regions. Please carefully review the warranty policy's disclaimer and limited liability terms.
- Data recovery services are only available for products that remain readable. This service is limited to T-CREATE EXPERT SDXC V90 memory cards, T-CREATE EXPERT SDXC V60 memory cards, T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Type B memory cards, and T-CREATE EXPERT CFexpress Plus Type B memory cards within their limited warranty period.
