Pros: -Cheap
Cons: Worked good for the first couple of months, then all of sudden computer just turned off. Opened it up just to see the video card's fan hanging separate from the heatsink. After a week finally HIS responded with the RMA company info. Sent in the card right away and they answered me that it is going to take about a 2-4 weeks for it to return. So I thought 2 weeks is somewhat reasonable. Now I am still waiting for it after 4 weeks, the customer support is HORRIBLE, they cannot even tell you what is the status of it.
Overall Review: Do NOT buy a HIS video card ever. I am very disappointed about the experience. I strongly do not recommend buying it, you are going to regret it. Suggest downgrading a little or buying it from a trusted company.
Pros: Cheap, which is also a con.
Cons: Worked great the first month. Then the fan began to make lots of noise. Computer began to crash after an hour or so of gameplay. Temp went beyond 110 degrees. Then the fan died. Bought an artic cooling twinturbo monster heat sink and double fan, which of course voided my card waranty. Worked great for a week, temp was below 70 degree. Then the fan died, huge smoke came out of the card, it's dead now. Seems the problem is the fan controler chip on the card.
Overall Review: Avoid cheap cards with doubtful fan. Pay extra for a good card with a good heatsink. Chose a company that you know.
Pros: They sent me a brand new card sealed.
Cons: took almost 2 months will never by another HIS product again it took 2 weeks just to get a RMA #
Overall Review: I have a brand new card now to bad i already bought another one evga gtx275 for the win edition and never got my rebate will be selling card online.
Pros: Based on a great AMD GPU
Cons:
Fan stopped working within 3 months, causing the card to overheat and shut down Windows.
The card is dual slot, but the heatsink design recycles the air back into the case and not out the back.
Overall Review:
Ridiculous RMA process handled by a third party with a 30 days turn around time.
Would not buy from HIS again.
Pros: Fast card, good price
Cons: Overheating problems due to the heatsink not being fastened tightly enough
Overall Review: I was able to fix the overheating problem for the most part by simply tightening the screws which attach the heatsink to the card. HOWEVER, if you attempt this, be careful because the screws are very easy to break if you overtighten - they just twist apart. I broke two screws off through what did not seem like excessive force, and I now have the FET heatsink held on with a binder clip. However, even with the missing screws, the tightening procedure lowered my temperatures 10-20 degrees C.
Pros: Speed, cost
Cons: Noise
Overall Review: The fan seems to be designed bad since it makes a sound like it pressing against something. The fact that the heat sink isn't massive is nice too. I have this in a micro atx board and the Lian Li micro atx case.
Pros: I replaced a dead 8800 with this card and it was a very nice improvement. The card ran great and was cool for about four months.
Cons: My temperatures were idling between 60-70 C so I checked the fan, and it was not moving. I nudged it into motion, but it rattles and seems close to death. The warranty company that HIS uses gives themselves a full MONTH to process an RMA.
Overall Review: The RMA process for HIS is unacceptable. One month is a ridiculous amount of time to complete an RMA. I'm stuck with a broken card. I will probably end up disconnecting the old fan and sticking a 120mm fan on top, to avoid replacing the entire cooling solution. You get what you pay for. I will stick with the more well known suppliers in the future.

Pros: Card works great and plays everything as long as the fan doesnt die.
Cons: The only con I would say and its a major one is the fan. The card was working awsome since april when I got two of them. Then 2 weeks ago the fan was making a noise for about a week and then it stopped and my pc shut off. The fan burnt up and now my second card is doing it , so I bought replacement zalmans which are working great from newegg. The card that had the fan that went bad ended up going bad after a week with the new heatsink which I am sure it went from being overheated on the old stock heatsink.
Overall Review: If you take the heatsink apart , you will see it is solid copper from the gpu all the way through to underneith the fan. It looks like it can get rather hot under the fan which doesnt surprise me it burnt up.
