The HIS iCooler H250XF1G is powered by an AMD Radeon R7 250X GPU. It delivers evolved performance and lower power consumption at a budget-friendly price with the latest AMD graphics technology. Radeon R7 250X is based on AMD generation 28nm GCN architecture, and comes with support for DirectX 11.2 for improved graphics in the hottest games. AMD App Acceleration boosts your everyday applications. And with DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort connectors, you can build multi-monitor environments for enhanced viewing and productivity.
Pros: VERY quiet, doesn't require a lot of power to run, and when crossfiring this card, you don't need the bridge. Handles a lot of low level games with ease, a good buy for low budget and people not looking to overclock(see cons)
Cons: The overclocking software. NEVER buy HIS products if you're looking to overclock. There is no voltage control in the iTurbo software used to OC their GPU's. So you're highly unstable with a 50MHz boost on the memory clock unless you're packing an i7 CPU. Do the research online, that's the >ONLY< CPU that people got a 50MHz boost to be stable with, I wish I had researched their software. Now I'm stuck with a card I can never overclock because it crashes my drivers when I hit a 50MHz boost(and that's the bare minimum for you to get even a 1-5 FPS boost in games, guys.)
Overall Review: HIS needs to do some work on their iTurbo software. Really. I won't be buying anymore HIS products when I'm looking for long lasting hardware, because eventually, you're going to have to overclock when you don't make a lot of money.
