I need to run 2 monitors, is this set up to do that?

I am running two 4K-32inch monitors and a 19 inch VGA monitor so I can have a large spreadsheet and multiple web pages open at the same time. I need good resolution and a large area and this works well for me. I can't comment on speed because I do not use the setup for gaming.

What graphics card is in this?

This unit has an onboard graphics card so I do not know.  There is however a 16x PCIe slot open on it so you can choose the card of your choice to install.

This is the tower model right? I was wondering if I could get a picture of the inside of the case added? Manufacturers have a tendency to change what the internals look like based on the size of the chassis. Is the power supply in this a full atx size so I could upgrade it? Or is it a proprietary HP weird non standard power supply? Are the pci slots in the case low profile or high profile in size? Could I install a small form factor gpu inside? These are the questions that are running through my head, but there is never any detail. All I can find is the small form factor version online. I found one that resembles what could be the tower version, but it looks like the wrong device. And now I am here.   :)

It's what I'd call a mid tower with the DVD drive sideways. Can't add a picture on this reply but I found images online. Not sure about power supply since I had no plans to change it. PCI slots are high profile. 
I've had no problems with this machine. I did install an SSD upon arrival with image from HD. You will need the mounting screws for HP. I also used the D-HDMI cable to monitor. This is my everyday work, email, go look at stuff machine and it does a good job for the price.

What type of memory ? Is it DD3 or DDR4 ?

DDR3 memory. I also bought an SSD and transferred the fresh Win10 to it and kept the 500GB drive as a spare. This has been a good system for everyday use.

I would need integral wifi included.  What would be the price then?

you would have to buy wifi card. new egg wont do it for you

USB 3.0 ports? Max RAM capacity?

USB 3.0 x 2 on the front and 2 on the back. I believe the max RAM is 32 GB.
