Rating + 1 Literally falls apart over-night, two of them!!

Do not ever buy these rear-view mirrors, regardless of style. They fall apart(spring-loaded retainers) over-night. Total waste of money. Late review, I know, but for these products, I never got review notification from Newegg.

Rating + 1 Inconsistent & distorted image reflection

The mirror image was not uniform and was very distorted as if the glass was not flat throughout. The image reflection in the mirror had places that were slightly magnified. The effect was quite distracting and not what you want to experience while driving.

Rating + 5 Pleasant Surprised

I've been doing business with NEWEGG for a number of years for all of my electronic needs, but was surprised to find high end auto parts. Xenon headlights can be very expensive for quality bulbs.
They fit as required and provide the illumination as designed. I am pleased with them and will be more pleased if the claim of 3 to 4 times the normal life span as the original design. Time will tell!

It took 17 days to ship a 6 ounce mirror to me! I sent the company an email, and did NOT hear from a single person. Avoid at all costs!

Rating + 1 Pretty disappointed so far

I ordered a set of RED rear bumper led lights on 5/30/13. I received it pretty quickly. The items description that I ordered was correct, the invoice I received was correct, the part I was shipped was wrong. They sent me CLEAR rear bumper led lights.
So I had to get a RMA from the seller and returned the part. I had to pay for the return now I'm paying more for something because someone there didn't pay attention to what was ordered. I had the option of ordering another set and just return the CLEAR ones but there is no guarantee I would get the correct part. As of writing this (6/15/13) I still have no lights.

I have ordered things from Newegg before, but never from a Marketplace vendor until now, and Newegg has always been great. I will be very cautious about ordering again from another Marketplace vendor but will not hesitate to buy from Newegg itself.

    30-Days Returns/Exchange:

    2. If a customer is not satisfied with the product or order within 30 days of the initial purchase date, the customer may contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
    3. Once we approve the RMA for your order, a RMA Number is issued and the customer may return the item for a refund (item price minus 15% restock fee). The shipping charge is not refundable. You will be provided with a RMA Number within 1-2 business days via email.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
