Slow, very slow delivery 12/27/2016 9:28:16 AM
A pregnant elephant can deliver faster that this China company. A good product, ordered on December 6th was still in China on December 23, according to the tracking web site. It arrived on December 27th - just a bit late for Christmas. I will never, Never, NEVER order another product from any China company. They can eat there own electronics.

We are really sorry that the shipping service does not match your expectation.

Normally the delivery time of the item is about 8-15 business days for the international Economy shipping. We shipped the item to you on 6 Dec. As it was in the peak season, the post offices were totally over weighted by the holiday gift rush. Not only the Chinese post office but also the USPS. The estimated arrived time might take a little bit longer.

We acknowledge that this is not an excuse, but please kindly understand that once the item was shipped, the rest is totally uncontrolled by us.

Again, we are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

What a joke.= - Do not buy from these guys 5/31/2016 3:50:55 PM
Found a video monitor that would be a perfect fit for a project I am working on. Purchased the monitor from iSecurity101 through newegg's seamless order procedure. I have never had a problem with anything purchased from newegg in the past.

The monitor arrived via usps after about 10 days. It was delivered in a bubble envelope which contained a very flimsy thin wall cardboard box. The box was partially crushed and the screen on the monitor was damaged!

Enclosed with the monitor was a VERY funny letter asking for the customer to contact them directly if there was a problem with the product. I used their website form to report the problem... waited a few days, then reported it to newegg and received this!
"We have received the message from New Egg about you have received an damaged item.
Please note that since the item has already been delivered to you.
We cannot do much on claiming the post office about the damage of the item.

Please kindly contact USPS to file a claim about the damage of the parcel received.
You know it is the problem about the Post office of handling the parcel not properly."

I ordered a working monitor and received one that was broken. I am confident that the lack of proper packing materials was the cause... unless the monitor was broken before shipment. Want a working monitor or a refund! I do not have time to chase this down with the post office who is going to look at the box it was shipped in and laugh!

VERY Slow shipping 10/23/2014 8:24:27 AM
Ordered a power supply on 10/9 it is now 10/23 and no power supply. Everything else I have ordered (Not from this vendor) I got in a couple of days. They said they had this in stock so they are just SLOW. I should have just gone to Radio Shack and got one.

4pc BNC extension cables 10/6/2014 10:31:34 AM
I ordered these to reach my dvr and wound up having to purchase some f to f BNC connectors because they didn't come with the cables. Make sure you have f to f connectors because all BNC extensions are male on both ends. Overall a good product I just didn't realize at the time of purchase they needed more parts.

I'm not happy.
First I get it in a display box, not a shipping box, wrapped in paper and 1 layer of timy bubble wrap and obviously banged up in transit.
Recieved with loose parts and would not power up.
Then they make me pay $20 more to return via UPS for RMA. Then I get a message telling me to ask for a refund and not a replacement. Not what I expected from NewEgg.

The description said it fits 10.1 inch tablet perfectly, In order to make this fit I would have to cut 1.5 inches off one end and then cut a notch out of the bottom to go around the home button on my galaxy tab 10.1. What happened to the Newegg you could count on for quality stuff and accurate descriptions?

The product arrived timely, but did not work. I am hoping that it was damaged in shipping; the shipping packaging appeared inadequate to me. I am returning it for another and keeping my fingers crossed.

This review describes a usb 3.0 cable A to mini-B

The seller accurately described the product, which arrived in good condition.

Others seem to be unaware that a usb 3.0 mini-B plug does not interoperate with a usb 2.0 jack. The 3.0 mini B has 10 connectors, the usb 2.0 jack has 5.

My reason for the poor review lies in the sellers business model. The shipping time from Hong Kong is unacceptable. Here is the USPS tracking info to Southern CA in the fall of 2013:

Other vendors have the same kind of cable available for shipment from the US. Newegg should not partner with this vendor.

do not order an item from this company thru newegg, it will take forever to get, as it is actually coming from china. the tracking number that newegg gives you is meaningless and gives absolutely no information on the estimated arrival date. i sent them an email asking where my item was and i received a reply that it was on its way to hong kong and to please be patient. whatever happened to the days when you ordered something from newegg and it came in a few days. newegg is a huge disappointment at this point with me. i have ordered 10s of thousands of dollars in merchandise from newegg over the past decade, but at this point im done using newegg

I can't believe this was shipped direct from Hong Kong!! Can't see how they made much money sending 2 cameras all the way from Hong Kong to Monroe, MI. Took 3 weeks to receive it, but I was in no big hurry anyway.

Not sure why the low eggs, people should learn how to read. I ordered, they shipped, had tracking from China (impressive), They even have a logo that says "First from Asia". I will buy again. Thanks!

The cards were sent via regular mail and took quite a long time to arrive. They were non-functional upon receipt. They appear as normal access cards complete with numbers on the side, but it seems they are just plain plastic with no RF embedded.
