Pros: - Computer arrived in my city relatively quick which is to be expected since I paid for the express shipping. - Computer came pre-built and had everything been working out of the gate I would have been completely satisfied. - Computer has handled everything I have thrown at it with ease. Things like having multiple monitors and running multiple videos/Netflix/streams/games etc - I do appreciate the great wiring which made replacing things and setting things up easy when required.

Cons: - Purolator forgot to pick up my package for a redelivery and when I went to pick it up at their store as they specified the package was not there. Apparently, the driver forgot to pick up my package from the warehouse. The next day they were supposed to redeliver to my house again as I requested but instead they dropped it off to the store I went to the day previous. I didn't deduct any points from the product for this annoyance but I figured maybe this will help you guys fix some shipping issues. - When I finally got the computer home I opened it to inspect and immediately I could see CPU cooler/fan had snapped off from the CPU. I could not fix it or find something to mount it with so I went out and bought an aftermarket CPU cooler. Again, this is likely a shipping issue but still.. come on. - When I had everything plugged in and ready to go the computer would not start up. I was pretty disappointed and disheartened by this point. After a couple hours of messing around and googling I was able to pinpoint the issue was with the graphics card. Unplugging it and using an older graphics card allowed for me to finally boot up the computer.

Overall Review: - I wasn't looking forward to trying out Windows 8.1 but after a week or so I find it to not be too bad since I could still use most if not all of the Windows 7 features and some of the enhancements are nice. - After going through the RMA process I received the replacement graphics card in it's original box and it works fine.

Pros: Looks nice Runs games and program well

Cons: White/black boxes flicker on the screen

Overall Review: The computer is great and all but there's only one problem and that problem is the graphics card. The graphics card continues to flicker white/black boxes on the screen that stays there for a long while. While you're playing games flashing purple textures will annoy you. Other than that the computer is okay.

Pros: -it worked perfectly out of the box -very fast shipping -great quality and haven't found a game yet that it can't play!

Cons: -the fan is a little loud but I'm sure that can be fixed with a little tweaking.

Overall Review: I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends/family

Pros: Great product, good price, excellent service by Newegg.

Cons: Had to buy 3 of them until I got one that didn't die on me. First one died 5 days after purchase - turned it off and would not start again. Second one lasted 5 minutes, again, turned it off to check the initial setup had worked, and it would not turn on. The third one is still working 3 weeks after purchase.

Overall Review: I needed a new computer for everyday use and this one was highly recommended - I recommended it to a family member who bought one before my first one died, and she hasn't had problems with hers. I am now looking to buy one for my husband. So, as long as it keeps turning back on, it is a great computer and I am recommending it to more people. Also recommending Newegg, since I was very happy with their service throughout the experience.
