NVIDIA RTX 3080 GPUs: MSI Gaming X Trio 10G and the ASUS Strix O10G

By September 17, 2020No Comments

NVIDIA’s new 30-series graphics cards are here. More powerful than anything we’ve seen before, but also more affordable than most people expected. In this video we take a look at two 3080 models that are available now – while supplies last.

The MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio 10 G features 8704 cores and 10GB of GDDR6X memory, and a boost clock of 1815 MHz. It employs MSI’s “TRI FROZR 2 thermal system” to keep temperatures under control.

The ASUS Rog Strix RTX 3080 010G features a boost clock of 1710 MHz in Gaming Mode, and 1740 in OC Mode. Once again, cooling is the star of the show with this card, and the ASUS “Axial-tech” fans have been newly redesigned and optimized for the larger heatsink of the 3080.
