Ever wonder what it looks like behind the scenes at the Newegg warehouse on Cyber Monday? Well, we invited the ABC 7 News to our warehouse in the City of Industry, CA this past Monday for an inside look at one of our busiest days of the year.

    What a joke, tell the news one thing and then don’t delivery another. I placed my order on Monday before noon and i still have one product in the warehouse (according to tracking) and the other, who knows!

    this is the second message that i left and it still says “No comments yet.” I guess it’s being censored. The products ordered from california are in a big hole. You order it and it stays in the “process” and “packaging” status. Doesn’t show up on my doorstep. I have 1 product from PA and you ignorantly send it to the hole. Where is the logic in that.1 week later and you have my money and my product is in the hole.

    You’re No NorthPole…!!!

    TO WHOM IT CONCERNS:

    I canceled an order before it was ever processed, BUT you STILL charged my AMEX card which is really quite wrong!!! I emailed your network accomplice (Imagestore) and they said they didn’t charge my card but that NewEgg did and I would have to wait 3-5 days… they too were surprised.

    This is the first time that I’ve tried NewEgg… not very impressive. Credit my AMEX card for the measly $33.97 that you have on loan for 3-5 days! I wonder how many customers you do this to in order to get the interest % until they complain.

    Fix this fast or the Atty Gen. of MA. might wonder the same question above.

  • I have ordered numerous items from NewEgg and never had a bad experience. They usually have the best prices and there customer service is top notch! Keep up the good work!

  • I’ve ordered maybe 100 items from Newegg so it’s pretty interesting to take a peek behind the scenes. You guys should make a long segment on what it’s like in the day of a Newegg warehouse employee haha

    My first time ordering from Newegg. All the expensive stuff delivered by FedEx came to my side door. The case and a pack of dvds was lost by another carrier. Rep told me 10 days. Then I have to reorder. That’s another 7 days. I think the carrier that delivered the smaller items should be checked out. I see other compaints. I spent a lot of money. The case is lost and I lose out. Makes me want to return everything.

    Why keep a warehouse in CA when the taxes are so high? Sales taxes in CA suck and result in many lost sales. If you had a warehouse in Mexico near the border, you could sell to all U.S. states tax free. Stop giving in to the greedy pigs in state governments!
