In tests so far, the 11600k just barely beats the 5600x in many tests and they go back and forth in gaming performance. This 11400 will likely be significantly worse, as it has 2 less cores, a lower clock speed, and the 11400 cannot be overclocked.

There will be no rocket lake i3. The i3 11th gen will be a comet lake refresh. I think it would release next year, or in 6 months. However, no one is sure.
