Pros: -Very quick processor -At least it's still in a 478 chip -Good overclocking -Awesome price right now

Cons: -Didn't even touch the stock HSF. I know the Prescotts are toasty warm, I was already using a Zalman 7700 AlCu cooler. Even before breakin of the chip and Ceramique I'm idling at 36C, only 2 degrees higher then my 3.0C Northwood in Shuttle server! Awesome! I guess the heat you get is maybe luck of the draw, but regardless do yourself a favor and get a 3rd party cooling solution for these chips.

Overall Review: I'm surprised by the increase (both in the eye/hand meter and in the benchmarks) of this chip over my 2.4C. BF2 plays SO much better now as does everything else. I got this to prolong the life of my P4P800 board.

Pros: Runs fast upgrade from p4 2.4 ht 533fsb to p4 3.0 ht 800fsb it does run hot idle at 46c to 49c have standard hs. do not recomend the HS. for it doesnt do it justice.Recomend buying another HS for it my specs MSI 856PE-NEO 2 mobo 3.0 800fsb 1GIG G SKILL DDR 500 200G HD SEAGATE 256 MG VIDEO GEFORCE 5500 OC handles the oc 3.7 with no problem the only thing that concerns me is the temp from it I plan on buying another hs.Has no problem handlin` multiple apps Newegg ROCKS cheapist place i`ve seen and compare to where I live. Excellent service UPS right on time.

Overall Review: I recomend highly just take in consid of the hs you may wanna get another.Look like the hs would actual keep it cool from the design of it but. It is a standard hs.

Pros: Fast processor... I'm happy with it. I'm able to multitask and play games with no problem. I havent had as much of a problem with the heat from this chip as some. It idles at 39C and max load Ive seen (in the middle of playing World of warcraft)53C.

Cons: Um..it wasnt free...thats the best I could come up with.

Pros: This processor is by far the best for gaming. Iam able to run all my games from Battlefield 2 to Oblivion, keeps up with anyhting you got and its overclockable and stable. I had it to a 3.6 with NO overheating or any signs of weakness.

Cons: Didnt get it the first time. Got stuck with a bad 2.8 that burned up.

Overall Review: into gaming? This is perfect.

Pros: Great overclocker. With a arctic cooler 4 i can get this guy to sit at 3.9GHz without blinking an eye. A stronger power supply could probably take it up to 4.0 stable. I can run it at 3.9 all day with prime95, so no doubts at all.

Cons: Without an aftermarket heatsink this sucker runs HOT. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra xx bucks. It's Completely worth it. Also, don't be surprised if you cant OC properly with a sub $xxx board.

Overall Review: WoooHooo!! This thing is more entertaining than futurama.

Pros: It's a nice processor for the money and it gets the job done.

Cons: This processor runs very hot. Be sure to buy a better cpu cooler rather than using the stock cooler that it comes with. Burnt out in 6 months.

Pros: very fast for the price. i'm running the latest and greatest at a respectable detail level. oblivion runs beautifully, f.e.a.r. is gorgeous. doom 3 is ridiculous. i am very happy with this.

Pros: Sweet Processor, Runs between 33C-36C at idle, and 49C-52C with aa heavy load, But then agian i have 6 fans blowing in my case
