How do I clean my electric can opener?
To clean your electric can opener, use a dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface.
Do NOT submerge in water.
Do NOT place it in the dishwasher.
Water exposure may damage the internal components and affect functionality.
The can opener cut the can, but the lid won’t lift. Is this a defect?
No, some cans remain tightly sealed due to vacuum pressure. Simply use a spoon or fork to gently lift the lid. The can opener only needs to cut once for a clean opening.
Will this work with all can sizes, including smaller and larger cans?
The can opener works with most standard cans. For small cans (under 3 inches in diameter), lift the bottom end slightly while pressing the start button to help it grip. Large cans and soda cans with sloped edges may not be suitable for this product.
Why is my can opener not turning on?
Before first use, please remove the protective static film covering the power button. This ensures proper contact and functionality.
How long does it take to open a can?
The can opener typically takes 30–40 seconds to complete the opening process, depending on the can size and material.
