Does it have a good camera for zooming calls?

This monitor does not have a built in camera. However the top of the monitor is about 3/4" thick and is flat which makes mounting a webcam very easy.

How do you turn it on??

The power button is on the back right side of the monitor (if you're looking at the screen)

According to the data sheet from their website, the refresh rate is 60Hz.
