Pros: Very good bang for your buck
Cons: None
Overall Review: I purchased this tv on Friday and chose the free 5-7 day ground shipping. It arrived on my door step Saturday afternoon. With the extra $25 off for using the visa check out I paid $364 total. I know there is probably better tvs out there but I don't think you can do any better than this for the money. I would highly recommend this tv.
Pros: Size vs Price Clear Picture Exceeded Expectations
Cons: Nothing
Overall Review: Paid less than 360 for this after all the savings. Didn't really know what to expect, but it arrived sooner than planned, and really impressed. Yes, it's a bit limited connection wise, but that wasn't a concern for me going into it - serves my needs at an amazing price and doesn't disappoint.
Pros: Cost got it on a deal for $349. Really good contrast radio. MCI actually works great, not much blur for fast moving scenes. Built in antenna seems to amplify the signal. Power consumption is great. Audio is great, you will need speakers if you have a big room or noisy environment. I actually connect my PC and use it from time to time, especially on gaming. DPI seems good
Cons: none really after 6 months of use.
Overall Review: Best TV to be if you use a ROKU, An
Pros: Great Picture, very stable, good motion handling. Good controls and picture controls.
Cons: Stands are very stable but require a very large table or desk. 48'X12' I would recommend a mount for this TV unless you happen to have a desk so large. I bought wood at homedepot to put this on.
Overall Review: Limited number of HDMI ports. Odd for a modern TV
Pros: 1. The tv looks impressive and the clarity is a step above my 4 year old Toshiba although both are 1080P and IPS. 2. Very thin bezels. 3. Overall amazing slim profile for the price. 4. Tucked away clean physical buttons 5. Out of the box, the colors are muted while vivid is too saturated. If you set it up, you can get really nice colors similar to my old TV. 6. Oddly enough TV antenna signals come in stronger like it has a built-in amplifier or something. 7. Probably the best bang for your buck
Cons: 1. Extremely limited AV connection ports and combination options. You can't pair HDMI video with RCA audio out. Only 2 HDMI ports. The RCA is setup only for component video. 2. The tv info banner can only display the current channel information. All tvs I own show the current and next show info. 3. Missing freeze button on the weak sauce remote.
Overall Review: The TV I received originally was damaged. The audio was surprisingly weak, the viewing angles were compromised to a narrow angle, 2 large dead pixel clusters only noticeable during darker colors. Thankfully, the replacement policy of Newegg fixed all that. Colors look vibrant (after calibration) and audio is now passable.
Pros: Great TV got it for 380 on Black Friday The TV has a great picture and what really impresses me is the sound on it. Very good sound for a TV.
Cons: The only con is there is no auto shut off there is a sleep timer but there is no shut off like on a monitor for a pc that with inactivity it shuts off not a huge con but a very minor one
Pros: For the money, this set can't be beat. I mean, it's 1080p, slim bezel, pretty nice basic features (plenty of color control and image processing options), as well as an IPS panel, which really is visible from most angles. Very bright without blowing out the blacks, which is crucial for engaging in your content.
Cons: I've had some bad ghosting and a tad DSE (dirty screen effect). DSE is not extremely noticeable, but the ghosting is a bit annoying. I understand it's a 60hz set, but I've got a 60hz LCD Vizio unit from 2011 which exhibits nowhere near the ghosting this TV does. Maybe it's a bad unit? I'm all down for a replacement if it's a possible defect, but I'd encourage all owners to pay real close attention to this. I don't think it should be ghosting this bad.
Overall Review: Great TV build quality other than issues above. Wish it had more inputs, and more software features (video over USB for example) but for the price, can't beat it.
Pros: This is a great TV, at a very approachable price-point. I picked it up for $359 (without tax, go Newegg!) on a Cyber Monday sale combined with a Paypal offer. I have only owned the TV for close to a week now, and have 0 problems with it. The setup took 10 minuets, and configuring the TV took maybe another 5. This TV is great for its price point.
Cons: I knew all these cons, before i bought the TV and still consider it a good buy. -Only 2 HDMI ports - 60 Hz refresh rate, I normally don't care about this but LG made up some marketing term called "MCI" (motion clarity index) and rated themselves 120. This is clearly to confuse people into thinking its refresh rate is 120, it's not it's 60. Don't let that discourage you however, 60 is fine for 95% of the general population. -The stand for this TV is 2 legs, that are the width of the TV. This means it can't fit on furniture smaller than the TV. This was a con for me, but might not matter for you.
Overall Review: Great Value. Couldn't find a better displaying TV for this price range and its size on Black Friday through Cyber Monday. If you are mostly concerned with a large screen with strong dispay this is the TV for you!
