Pros: - Works perfectly - Plug and play - Not too loud - Slim size - No power brick/connection required - Bootable I used this to install Win7 and Win10 to several machines, in addition to booting to memtest86 and a diagnostic utility. Tested it with a DVD movie and burned several disk images.
Cons: Only potential con I can think of is the cable it comes with is short. However, longer cables are cheap and plentiful.
