Will this effectively cool an AMD-FX8350 4.00GHZ 8 core processor (no overclocking) and not be too loud?
Also, will I need another thermal paste beside the one supplied with this?
How quiet is it?

it should cool enough fine with no overclocking, including the CPUs built in way of overclocking so be sure thats turned off, i use it for AMD FX6300 @ 3.6GHz....   and for thermal paste i would suggest using Artic Silver 5 with this....  Noise wise tho im not a person to ask however i dont really hear anything but then again i am Hard of Hearing and deaf in left....  and with regards to the CPUs built in way of overclocking u will need to turn off if you have it on the motherboard AMD Turbo Core.....
