Will these shut off when I turn off my computer, or only if I manually flip the switch?

I use these lights a lot.  They are hookup to your power supply.  A molex used with ide  drives is the case here.  There is a switch you attache to the back slot covers to keep them off if you want to.

I'm thinking of buying 3 or 4 of these to give my rig a blacklight feel as i'm gonna be buying non led fans. I need to know so that I can buy accordingly, how do they mount?

Charlie they have double edge stickers you can apply to the ends of the cathode and attach it to your computer case where ever you like, they do give off nice lighting effects. May I also add they work great for years.
