Pros: Great controller, tons of customization options, and has a good weight to it.
Cons: I heard there were issues with buttons on this controller, and of course the one I received had a defective P1 button (Top right paddle). It was extremely hard to push to get it to work.
Overall Review: This is something I plan to purchase in the future, but not from Newegg, specifically because customer service has been terrible on trying to get a replacement. I purchased July 13th with one day shipping, didn’t get it for 4 days, and I tried to exchange it... well here we are August 1st, still no controller. I’ve called 3 times, and all 3 times they said they would expedite it to get me a new one. They still haven’t sent it out. Needless to say I’ll just be asking for a full refund and going to Best Buy to pick mine up. Usually I have no problems with Newegg, but this was a bad experience.
Cons: Bluetooth connectivity issues - I have to use it wired because the wireless will disconnect Mid game.
a, b, and RB work SOMETIMES (you have to press way to hard)
Overall Review: I would not recommend this controller to anyone. For the price your better off buying 3 normal 1708 Controllers.
Literally the worst purchase in my gaming history (this is probably a little exaggerated but all of these problems are constant and very frustrating. I would seriously recommend looking at other controllers. I hear the Razor one is nice)
Pros: - Sturdy
- Ergonomic, feels good in the hands
- Doesn't feel cheap.
Cons: - Expensive
Overall Review: This is a great controller to anyone who, in a cliche: wants to take their gameplay to the next level.
It's the elite controller where they took the best parts of the previous controller, and improved on all of the things it did, relatively, poorly. The USB C connector is definitely great, you don't have to deal with a very fragile micro usb connector.
Pros: Solid build
Easy set up
Great customization across the board
Has a good feel in the hands, beneficial textures all over
Cons: Wasn’t aware of the Xbox accessories app on PC (this could be my own issue not reading it somewhere though) which fixed my Bluetooth connectivity on PC.
Overall Review: Great controller that feels like it will last a long time, trigger travel is great for quick shots, or just fast clicks for any game. Hope it last a long time and continues to be supported even into next gen.

Really bad but good7/19/2021 4:00:46 AM
Pros: My first elite controller its amazing at least it was.
Cons: Left joystick drift after 2 weeks
LB is sticky
Overall Review: I would recommend it if they fix these issues.
Pros: Pros it is a good controller overall with ergonomics and response of buttons for the most part.
Cons: Cons the Up directional on the left analog stick only registers about 50% of the time. Even after adjusting the dead zones and the tension on the analog sticks, the Up direction on the left analog stick only registers 50% of the time with every other direction responding correctly.
Overall Review: I would recommend this controller if Microsoft fixed this issue. I am not sure if it is a manufacture issue or a firmware issue but I have not had any issue outside of the left analog stick Up directional.

Good controller, had quality control7/19/2020 3:18:01 PM
Pros: Good customization
Great feel
Solid build
Cons: Poor QC
Overall Review: Controller feels and plays great. However my brand new controller came with a P3 paddle that was for the most part unresponsive unless you pressed down with all your strength in your finger. I've returned it for a replacement. We'll see if the next one is better.
Pros: Great controller, tons of customization options, and has a good weight to it.
Cons: I heard there were issues with buttons on this controller, and of course the one I received had a defective P1 button (Top right paddle). It was extremely hard to push to get it to work.
