Pros: The drive is decently fast and stores the specified amount of data. I take it into and out of the car, for offsite storage, just in case. It's tiny. No bigger than a wallet, or a cell phone.
Cons: Nothing really, but most say the built in software takes up too much room (virtual CD?).. Does it really matter? it's less than a GB. Surface scratches easily, but does it really matter?
Overall Review: You don't need to run the virtual CD software. Just disable autorun on your PC, or hold the shift key when opening that CD drive, if you ever need to do so. It sits there as a drive, and that's it. No big deal. I was worried this would take over my PC with garbage-ware, with no option to abort, but it didn't.
