Do all the drivers I need for the motherboard come on a disk?

It's been a while but I know it included a disk and think includes USB 3 and 6g/s SATA drivers for pre install. don't use the included graphics drivers after you install OS, go to AMD's website and download latest graphic and chipset drivers!

No, because this motherboard only supports AMD processors, to run Pentium G4560 you need motherboard with LGA 1151 socket.

Yes and it only takes a second to check out for yourself as I just did. At the MSI official website, as indicate below, provide the basic information to determine which dual core process is right for you:

Once you find MSI official site find information for all AMD Motherboard:
Next you find all Motherboard design for AMD's AM3+ socket and check MSI 760GMA-P34(FX)

If you mean Phenom II X4 then yes, but the original Phenom series I don't believe is compatible. You'll want to sort the motherboards you're looking at on Newegg by processor compatibility to make sure yours will be work. Unfortunately not something you can fudge on. (Also my own personal experience, I've purchased two separate MSI boards, this board being one of them, and both fried on me relatively quickly even with adequate airflow. Brands that have worked best for me personally have been Biostar and Gigabyte.)

Yes its listed in the compatibility list. 
If you go to the MSI site for the board as I did you'll see the list. 
It has a very large list of compatible CPUs in case you should want to upgrade later. Its very reliable with no quirks as of yet.

id this board compatible with windows 8? the MSI website has drivers for (nonWindows8) so, I'm not sure if it works at all, or if there just aren't any drivers for Win8

I can't say for sure. Technically, any computer which can run Windows 7 (which this motherboard does support), can run Windows 8.

You might be able to use MSI's "Live Update 5" to get the proper drivers, but I don't know for sure. I can update this answer in a few months when I switch to Win 8, but until then all I can say is that it should work. Contact MSI or MS directly and see if they can assist you.

I think It should. I'm running a AMD FX-8350 octa processor myself. Always google the motherboard name and you should find a site on google with a list of supported processors.
