Hello there, so it is a little dependent on the size of your case but assuming you are using a mid to large size tower I use a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It is cheap($20-$25) but extremely well made, so far it has not given me any issues whatsoever.

Windows 10 without a doubt, and windows 7 more than likely. It's typically only a change in boot mode like ATA AHCI Raid that will break the install.
