Q: Does this have compatibility with GSKILL DDR4 RAM ?

I am running this board with : https:// www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232181 I have set the voltage to manual 1.35v, timings left at auto, Speed set to 2933 and it has been rock solid for a week. I will try for 3200 at some point but it has been great so far at 2933. Bios was updated to AMI 1.1 from MSIs website before changing the ram speed. I let it defaut to 2133 at 1.2v and installed windows and all my drivers and such before updating the bios and messing with the ram settings.

Question 1

Why does this motherboard have video outputs even though the Ryzen chips don't have an iGPU?

All Ryzen based motherboards have video outputs due to there being a Ryzen based CPU with an iGPU coming in the near future.

Question 2

Does it support Ryzen 5 2600 out of the box? Not 100% sure want to make sure before buying.

The answer is that any AM4 MOBO manufactured after a certain date, or with a certain BIOS revision, will support the Raven Ridge APUs out of the box.  The problem with that is there's no guarantee that when a warehouse snags one off a shelf and packages it for shipment, that it won't be a year or two old.

You should be safe with this board in 2019.

Question 3

Will this board work with GSkill Aegis 2133 RAM?  MY board will not POST.  The EZ debug LED for the CPU and RAM are lit. MSI tech support suggested my RAM  might not be compatible even though it matches the documented speed?

Make sure your RAM is in the A2 and B2 slots or else it will not post. If that does not work, then try to post with one RAM stick only and try all the slots. My B350 has bad "A2" Ram slot and would only post with a single dimm in the B2 slot.

WillIbe able to use this board with a Ryzen 5 2400G and use integrated graphics without a BOIS update?

You will have to make sure you are on bios version 7A37v1B to be able to use the 2400g processor.

I would assume not, as this doesn't have any video out ports that I'm aware of (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

I can't speak for the 1600x, but I did purchase a 1600 a few months back, and it worked just fine with no bios update right out of the box.
