Pros: Unreal speeds. Made my old 3800x2 come to life. I just ordered a intel 6750 pc. But had I tried this card in my current pc before that I would have never ordered the new intel core duo 2 pc.

Cons: The stock fan does not cool the chip properly. In auto mode it idles at something like 29% and on my pc that is 64C. In Stalker I would play for about 5-10 minutes then my screen would completely artifact. I'd exit and reboot and it would happen all over again. I installed NTune and checked the temp and it was around 90C. But still at 29% speed. Obviously something is wrong here with the fan drivers. My card should not be artifacting stock.

Overall Review: With Ntune I manually set the fan speed to 50% and my temps stayed down into the mid 70's and was stable for about 2 hours of playtime. I'm gonna give it a few days to see if the artifacting comes back. I've heard that everyone with a 8800 gt is having issues like this. If the card doesn't artifact anymore it's a keeper. The speeds are outstanding. it smokes my 7900gt SLI setup.

Pros: Bought this to play Crysis, and I'm able to play on all high settings at 1280x resolution, I also love this for COD4, in which i get an average of 60fps @ 1680X1050 with all the eye candy. The card itself is pretty too. No problem with vista.

Cons: A little hot, but not too bad

Pros: Single slot, unlike the 8800GTS brick I used to have. Plays Crysis smoothly with most settings at very high, 1280x1024, no AA. Crysis just laughs at most systems. All other games at warp speed!

Cons: As mentioned by others, card runs hot! I use Riva***er and set the fan at 65%. It is noticeably louder than auto setting of 29%. Fan is loud only if you will be using as HTPC though. Otherwise, even set at 50% using Riva***er, it's no big deal.

Overall Review: Very happy with the purchase. I may get an aftermarket cooler just to see if I can keep the temps down a little more, but manual fan settings fine for now. E6750 3.36ghz, Gigabyte P35 mobo, MSI 8800GT, 4GB G. Skill, Windows Vista Home Premium.

Pros: This card is REALLY friggin' fast. Plays Crysis at Very High and 2xAA, 35-45FPS.

Cons: Fan speed is screwy at 29%; You have to go into nVidia's CP and set fan speed to 50-60 so it doesn't get too hot (but it's quiet, so minor issue).

Overall Review: Makes my old 2900XT cry.

Pros: Extremely fast i play crysis at 1600x1200 at high settings at 35-45 fps...Also i scored over 11k in 3d mark 06 with this card look below for system specs.

Cons: The first day this card came out i got it the same day the card sold out and i havent seen it since up until today! Only con is the GPU fan is set to 29% and i payed alittle over 300 for it!

Pros: very fast and efficient cheap factory overclocked i overclocked it a little bit more ive got it running at 704 mhz for the gpu core and 2000mhz for the memory its stable at these settings

Cons: None that i know of i would say the cooler is too small but i dont know because i replaced it with a thermalright HR-30 before i installed it so i never used the stock cooler if i had it to buy over agian i would buy the cheaper 8800gt at factory settings and just over clock it

Overall Review: ive got a e6700 @ 3.5 ghz with xp pro 2 gb of ram and im getting about 13200 on 3d mark06 with a 19" monitor thats about what my brother in laws superclocked 8800gtx gets im very happy with this card huge improvement over x1900xtx

Pros: Works great with all my games, including COD4, with high video settings. No problems with temperature or fan noise. Best card I've ever owned.

Cons: I didn't know about the power requirements and didn't have enough power connectors for it. It comes with an adapter for the two plugs that need to be attached. I had to buy another power supply because I had no available connectors.

Pros: Bought this same card about 2 months ago and it was running 43/58 idle/load OCed to 700Mhz core clock and 2000Mhz bus on stock cooler turned all the way up. So I bought a second one to go SLI!

Cons: None if you're not an idiot.

Overall Review: Just boosted the resale value of my computer and future proofed myself for $250. Now I can hold out for the GeForce 9 series GTX and still have excellent frames without selling my right leg for an Ultra or GTX.
