I have 400 watt power supply in my computer can I use this video card?

Yes. Is said to work well with a 300 watt pwr supply. It requires no more than 75 watts and does not require supplemental power. The pwr supply on my Gateway PC is only 300 and is handling the load just fine.

Does it comes with the original box?

Yes, but it isn't a fancy decked out box.  Plain cardboard with the MSI logo and name on the top, and the card specs on the side.

Is this a low profile card? (Will it fit into a SFF PC?)

The dimensions are in the Specifications tab, but the short answer is no. This is a dual slot card.
