Does this include CPU?

Unfortunately this does not come with a CPU. You have to purchase a 4th generation Haswell i3, i5, or or i7 if you do not already have one.

Question 2

I have a i5-4430 that I will use with this board, unsure about the GPU will I need a video card since CPU has integrated graphics?  I plan to use HMDI output to led monitor

If all you are doing is using an HDMI out you will be fine using just the integrated graphics on the CPU and not even worry about a GPU.  Anything i5 and i7 is fine for integrated graphics if you don't plan on doing any gaming or serious photo or video editing.  If you do plan on doing any of those things, then I would recommend getting a GPU with this just to give you that dedicated memory to it.  The other thing to remember is that if you ever plan on getting a 1440 pixel monitor or above, you will need to have a GPU that supports dual-dvi link.

specs say I5 and I7 1150, I3 should still work right?

I looked at the specs, and I see i7, i5, and i3. However the socket type is the same anyway, so yes, it will work regardless, as long as any of the "i" series chips are supported.

I have an i7 3770 non-k. Will it fit this board?

This motherboard will only fit LGA 1150 sockets. Your current CPU is an LGA 1155 socket type. Just search up "LGA 1155 motherboard" on Newegg and you're sure to find a suitable motherboard.

Question 5

I'm thinking of buying this mobo for my first build to go in a case which comes with 5  fans. Will this mobo have enough connectors to support 5 fans?

This motherboard has 3 system fan headers and 2 CPU fan headers all of them are 4 pin fan connectors that you can plug in 3 pin connectors into if needed. So of you have 5 case fans you will need at least one fan splitter seeing as one of your 5 total fan headers will be taken by the CPU fan itself.  You can plug in a system fan into the extra CPU fan header that is no problem, all fans can be individually controlled by the MSI command center software within the os.

Does this motherboard come with Sata cables or do I have to buy them separately? and if i do can someone suggest some?

Does this board have a usb 3.0 header for front panel usb case?

There is a USB 3.0 "socket" in the front of the board that is for the 3.0 cable from the front panel 3.0 USB cables. My case, does not have 3.0 so I'm using the 2.0 socket. 
But, yes, there is one for 3.0 front use.

Question 8

If you have a graphics card in the PCI Express 3.0 x 16 slot will both of the PCI Express x 1 slots be blocked? I have a MSI N660 TF (gtx 660) graphics card that uses a 3.0 x 16 slot and a wireless adapter that needs a PCI Express x 1 slot, I am wondering if I will be able to fit both on this motherboard.

It looks like the N660 TF might use about 2.5 positions?
Can't say for sure as I bought this with no intention of using a dedicated graphic card.
I'm using the Haswell chip and it works really well for me with the onboard setup and enhanced CPU capability.

Does this have built in wifi ?

No. I had to get a wireless adapter. I'd recommend the Rosewill RNX-N250PCe. It's reasonably priced and works great.

Question 10

How do you setup the audio? I have the computer newly built but the realtek audio manager doesnt register the speakers i plug in.

I didn't have a problem with the audio setup as long as you use the driver disk that came with the motherboard. What type of speakers are you using? They should be detected by the realtek manager and ask for confirmation as to which port you plugged them into. I used the green port for a pair of Altec Lansing desktop speakers. Nothing special there, however I have had problems with my subwoofer gain levels.
