Pros: - Just works. 100% stable with overclocked i7 7740x, Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 C15 w/ XMP profile, and GTX 1080 - Fit my old LGA 2011 Waterblock - OC Genies makes Overclocking effortless (took my i7 7740x to 4.8 by pushing a button) - Bios has CPU temp and other stats front-and-center, which is helpful for quickly realizing you installed your cooler wrong after your first boot. LED on the mobo also shows temp. - Decent LEDs - Lots of USB 3 ports. More than enough for my Oculus Rift, two sensors, bunch of peripherals. - Software works

Cons: - It took me a second to realize I had to punch 4 holes through a membrane for my water block's screws - It doesn't cook me breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Most affordable X299 Lots of USB headers Can overclock really well 2x M.2 SSD slots, but still has 8xSATA III 2 Gigabit LAN ports, if you are interested in installing two separate cable lines for stability

Cons: Comes with only one heat spreader for the shorter M.2 slot Audio boost somehow is not that good

Overall Review: I am writing this review to enter into the MSI Reward Program, but this will not affect my personal opinion in any way. This is a really decent overclocking board with RGB for less than $300. The BIOS however, is a bit different than other MSI motherboards, so you might have to spend awhile figuring out how to work with it. Once you does, it performs flawlessly, although many people are let down by the changes in the BIOS. I have had a really good experience overclocking with this mobo, probably thanks to Millitary Class 6 rate components. The sound from this board is not as clear as others', but is totally acceptable for me, giving that you get many other great features. If you want top-of-the-line sound quality, I suggest you get a sound card or look somewhere else. Overall this is still a good deal, and even better if you get it with a discount.

Pros: I was reading some article about this motherboard to make sure that I'm going with the correct config. I cam across a review from Hardocp which the media recommends. Anyways the board came and everything booted up fine. Enter bios and messed around with some overclocking which MSI did a great job on making that very easy. Using Intel Core i7-7820X Skylake-X 8-Core 3.6Ghz and have no issue hitting about 4.6Ghz easily. If you plan to use this motherboard/CPU, make sure you get liquid cooling. So far I'm very impress with his board and definitely perform well when playing PUBG or Overwatch.

Cons: - had some issue trying to overclock memory but that could be the brand (Corsair) I was using - Mystic light software still need to be improve - Wish it had more M.2 slots - Need external wifi AC (had to get external USB WIFI)

Overall Review: Overall I'm happy with this motherboard and had no issue. I would recommend this board to anybody who is looking for a good all around board. Check out reviews online for yourself which alot of media recommend.

Cons: wish there was a micro atx but I guess theres not enough room for the dimm slots weird dimm config if you are in single channel with a kaby lake- be sure to double check manual no wifi (but helps keep cost down)

Overall Review: Good solid OC board for 100 less than many others

Pros: The cheapest x299 board you can get. Good quality pcie m.2 slot *2 pcie gen3 x16 SLI capable (i7-7900x or above) RGB !!!

Cons: No wifi

Overall Review: I recommend this board. At least it will save your some money to spend on other crucial parts (compare to other fancy brand)

Overall Review: The mobo is reasonable for it's price. I wouldn't overclock anything faster than a 7900x because of how it's vrm's are laid out. It's a perfect mid range mobo with a decent price.
