Will this fit on a HP Pavilion model 'p6313w' or does it have to be another graphics card?? Thanks in advance! Windows 7; Purchased in 2009.

The "Specifications" page reports the card size as "10 X 5.04".  It requires a PCI-E x 16 slot.  Be aware that it takes up the space for two PCI cards; so you will need either extra space, or a free PCI slot that will not be available for anything else.  The catch that got me about this card is that it requires two 6-pin PCI-E power cables. But you can easily purchase an adapter to convert power from peripheral cables.  Make sure that you power source is at least 500 Watts.

About 280mm and about 150mm tall.  Will fit fine in most mid boxes as long as you don't have a lot of top to bottom wiring to deal with.  Have it in a cool master box and have had no issues.

What is the recommended PSU for this?

I don't know as there is ever a "recommended PSU" for any given component. It's more about what your needs are. Are you overclocking? Are you running multiple video cards in an SLI configuration? My recommendation is to add up your needs and buy a decent PSU that has enough wattage. Question 6

I already have a R9 285 running  GPU @1040 on a water block if I did the same thing to this would it void the warranty. I suppose this would run the same. NO voltage increase or power increase needed to reach this speed and operate at 55C max temp at full load ? Would like to buddy this up for Crossfire and put it on water too.

doesn't say on box or packaging, but I would assume that it would....I did
same thing with my amd 8350 chip, didn't use stock cooler went with water block because of noise and heat, fixed problem but voided warranty.
