Pros: High quality memory, generally good user reports.Previous good experience with Mushkin branded memory
Cons: Awful rebate rules. Cut-off date way too close to the sale date. *No return or refund on (bad) memory if you use the rebate?*. Whats up with that? Does Mushkin want to sell memory, or cover their a.. ??
How about this Newegg ???
Overall Review: This really burns me, I frequently need components in hand before the build. This time both PCs are presents for family members, and the rebates will be gone long before the systems are run tested.
Pros: This is a really good product, it's stable, reliable, runs cool at the rated timings, speed, and voltage. They even look pretty cool too. Great pricing as well.
Pros: The price is right, and Mushkin is a very well-respected brand. Most 800 MHz RAM at this price is rated for 5-5-5-15 but this one is 4-4-4-12. I've been running mine at 1000 MHz 5-5-5-15 with no problems, and I haven't really tried to push it to its limits yet. The heat-spreaders also look cool.
Cons: Nothing yet
Overall Review: Be sure to run these at the manufacturer's specified voltage to start with (2.1v, instead of the DDR2 standard 1.8v). Then, once you're happy with your clockspeed and timings, you can experiment with lowering the voltage a bit if you so desire.

Pros: Easily got my 30%. Will go higher. 800 to 1040. runs very cool.
Cons: none
Overall Review: DFI P35-T2RL, E2200Alen 2.2@2.86, Mushkin 2x1gb, MSI NX8600GTS-OC 256mb, Raidmax RX530-SS psu, XP Pro SP 2
Pros: Bought another 2GB so far this memory is the biggest bang for the buck in my opinion. Ran prime95 at rated memory timings for 8 hours as a burn in.
Cons: None that i can think of :)
Overall Review: According to my bios this memory is SLI ready.... Guess i will find out when i get my 2nd 8800GT.
Pros: This is my second batch, and it worked and reached the advertised timing easily. It was just as reliable and dependable as the first set. Therefore, I think this warrants my first ever 5 star rating.
Cons: mail-in rebates...bleh
Overall Review: I'll be sticking with Mushkin from now on. Best ram for the buck IMO.

Good memory4/24/2008 10:08:32 PM
Pros: Good memory .. popped them it and they worked fine ...
no problems in GA-N650sli-ds4 with E6600 at stock timings,
and a factory overclocked 8800GT.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Wanted something a bit lower than 2.2 volts
and these sticks did the trick .. going for 2 more gigs
of this rather than the crucial ballistics ..
