Pros: The brightness of the display is great. No dead pixels. Excellent picture.

Cons: Speakers. It has only 1.5W speakers built-in but this is not a multimedia display. Fixed stand - no swivel and height-adjustment. I purchased a Neo-Flex for $25 and this solved the problem.

Pros: It is REALLY bright, price, nice overall specs, build in speakers, DVI connector.

Overall Review: My fist NEC LCD I bought about 7 years ago. Using it every day for about 8-12 hours/day. It just running and running and running... I almost got tired of it but it just wont break :). If you want something to be proud of yourself just get it and you will never look at others LCD(at least for now).

Overall Review: Awsome monitor for the price.

Pros: Wide screen, decent refresh rate, nice design, good colors, no dead pixels, bright, built-in speakers, automatic adjust for analog signals.

Cons: Base connection feels a little flimsy, weak speakers, no DVI cable.

Overall Review: If you're switching from a CRT you might have to fiddle with the colors to get it to look right. When I first plugged mine in the color were very washed out.

Overall Review: Unlike other manufacturers, I suspect that NEC is one of the only ones who are honest about monitor brightness. It is brighter than a Dell, which, in turn, is brighter than a Samsung -- even though all are rated 300 cd/m2. I'm working from memory here, so I can't guarantee these numbers. The point, however, is that the NEC is very bright, and at a great price too.

Pros: Awesome brightness and clarity...everything I was expecting from NEC.

Cons: Had to update my video drivers to get the resolution needed, but I saw that coming since my card is over 4 years old.

Overall Review: Bought this screen to replace my old, bulky CRT which was failing. Much happier to have the clarity and the desk space! Awesome monitor for the price

Pros: No dead pixels. beautiful display. Speakers a little dissappointing so I reconnected my old Altec w/subwoofer speakers.

Cons: non. I've always had NEC monitors and have never had any problems.

Pros: Very nice display. So bright i had to lower the setting. Lag is nonexistant. 1st wide screen I love the realestate 8). Vivid color. looks great on my desk even when off. Speakers suck but dont all built in monitor speakers suck. Nice to have a head phone jsck right there on the monitor. Arrived in a flash(thanks newegg) with no dead pix. You could pay more but dont be silly, newegg discount plus $20 rebate makes this monitor a great buy.
