Can I land this in my existing 1gig switches and will what is connected to this switch with 10gig NICs tx/rx at 10gig throughput (Like a Server and Synology)?

Yes, The far right opening on the switch is a 10G SFP+, I added this to link to a 2.5G switch. I then have port 4 connected to my Synology NAS via the 10G port. Through this switch my team is editing video files off the NAS and it is awesome.

Can you use this unit for 10gb internet?

Yes. It will scale to 10GB. All the other connections must likewise be 10GB capable.

How to you rack mount this?

It come with bracket's that attached to the sides with screw's of the unit

this unit is very quiet, only produces a nice suttle "HUM". I use it in a server rack about 3 feet away from my desk with other servers (with noctua fans in them) . and this switch is far from the loudest thing in my office.
