crap...sorry for the incorrect answer. ^^^ newegg's question/answer format is more of a stream of consciousness rather than by product...so I accidentally gave you an answer for the newer skull canyon NUC and not the one you were actually asking about! please accept my apologies. i don't know the answer to your question since i've never purchased this hardware.

According to Intel website, BOXD54250WYKH does not come with power cord, but BOXD54250WYKH1 does.  Go figure that the one that doesn't come with power cord is more expensive...

Anyone know what version of Display Port is in use? Hoping for 1.2.

Yes! Remember that it comes with mini Display Port output. You have to buy a converter cable mini Display Port to HDMI.

Does this include a power cord to go between the brick and the wall?

Brian, it sure did! The first few gen's didn't but after so many great overall great reviews online they still managed to have the same negative remark that the cord was not included for some small rediculous reason in those reviews. So at the same time everyone was praising the quality of the product they were slamming intel for not including it. So I think Intel finally did the right thing and started including it.

I am very happy with mine. It's running great as my HTPC.

Does anyone know what the differences between this product BOXD54250WYKH and the BOXD54250WYKH1? Neweggs add mentions 2.5in drive support for the 1 but not the other. I believe they both support the 2.5 in drive as they both have the 1 x SATA 6.0Gb/s storage interface listed.

Well, one has an Nvidia 760 in it.

I can't speak for the Nuc, but the Brix DOES have a 2.5 slot on it.
