I am purchasing a Samsung SSD that is measured at 2.5". My question is if that dimension will fit in this case? If not are there other cases that would fit that dimension any better? Thanks!

This case has a special SSD mounts on the back and it will fit your SSD. The design of the case is phenomenal for a modular build. However the front and the top of the case are almost impossible to get open and that is the only downfall. However that doesn't apply to your SSD question :p

Behind the main door at the top of the opening. Can't see it in pictures. Only for SD cards. Works OK.... External ones are faster and have more options for 20 bucks.

I have the 410 and I can on,y fit two nvidia cards in the case.
Would I be ble to fit 3 nvidia cards, evga 1000 g2 power as 
Rock MB on this case?

i have the case and you could definitely fit 3 cards in this beast, has a lot of room. Only problem i have with the case is the front part was very hard to take off on my particular case

I'm wanting to install a Cooler Master Nepton 280L into this case but don't want to compromise any of my 200mm fans; is ther any possible way to make this happen?

I put the NZXT Kraken x60 liquid cooler in this case, and looking at a photo of the Nepton 280L, it looks to be shaped pretty much the same.  I put my cooler at the top of the case, which means I took out the stock fans, but you don't need both.  Well maybe that depends on what else you put in the case that needs to be cooled.  This case is totally flexible, so you can put either the water cooler or the 200mm fans at the top or the very bottom of the case. I'd say just play around with it.  All options should work, just choose how you want it most.

Can the USB ports be upgraded to all 3.0? Or what you see is what you get.

There are 3.0 ports on the case.   They work good.  Upgradable ?   No that is not happening.  You want more ports buy a pci card but I doubt you will need more from the ones on the case and what you will have on your mother board.

Does a 140 mm fan fit on the top of the case?

I'm sure 140mm fans will fit on the top of the NZXT 630 Phantom Windowed Case; however, I have another thought.  In my Phantom 630 I installed two (2) NZXT 200 mm Blue LED fans, as well as one (1) 200 mm on the front.  Immediately below the top 200 mm fans I installed the radiator of a Corsair 100i Liquid Cooling system.  And on the bottom side of that radiator I installed two Corsair 120 mm Blue LED fans.  My reason for using 200 mm fans on top is that because they are larger they draw more cool (relatively speaking) outside air down through the radiator at lower speed, and are therefore, quieter while in operation.  The 120s beneath the radiator assist in the cooling process by pulling air downward.  With the Corsair 100i and the cooling fans are operating the Intel Core i7 4770 K CPU typically runs around 30 to 37 degrees Celsius.  Initially I placed my C Drive (Samsung 500 GB SSD in one of the two SSD racks behind the CPU as provided for in the NZXT case; however, while there it ran at 30 degree Celsius (drawing heat from the CPU).  I moved it to one of the open hard drive bays just behind the front 200 mm fan and its operating temperature dropped to between 21 & 25 degrees Celsius. It should be noted that I don't yet tax my PC with temperature raising games.  I also mounted two 140 mm Blue LED fans on the floor of the case just in front of the PSU.  They draw cooler outside air into the case.  I did not use the case supplied fan controller.  I bought some fan splitter cables/connectors and used the motherboard plugs.  Corsair's 100i cooling system has controlling software with graphical interface to setup fan use/control.  Hope this helped.

What size kraken can i fit in this case? I know I can remove the modular bay to fit the radiator on the front side of the case.

Front and side mount are somewhat limited but top and bottom mounting sky's the limits
