Pros: Fast
Cons: Expensive, unreliable
Overall Review: Fast while it lasted. Died after only 5 years. No warning. Pathetic.
Pros: Bought this as an upgrade for my gaming rig. Has served me as a boot drive for 4.5 years and have had zero problems with it. As much flak as OCZ gets in the reviews for their products, I've had zero problems with either of the SSD drives I've bought from them. Very happy!
Cons: None.
Pros:
Fast. After BIOS gets done with its musings, I'm into Win7x64 about seven seconds later.
WEI rates it as a 7.1 in my configuration.
Cons:
Random BSODs early on in ownership, even though I got one with the newer firmware out of the box. They have since become less frequent, even though no hardware changes had or have occurred.
Recently (and frequently), however there have been a few occurrences where BIOS will not detect the drive. The latest of which occurred this past weekend. The drive was not detected, though my RAID array and other drives were.
Overall Review:
To me, its recent behavior indicates imminent failure. I'll be a little...surprised...if OCZ disagrees when I submit this for warranty replacement, as this does not seem to be normal operation.
I've owned this for just under three years, and like the other reviewer, this was my first SSD.
Pros: Fast drive. I had heard they had some initial problems. When I first purchased it I immediately flashed to a firmware that added Trim support. Reliably worked fine for just about 3 years. (still somewhat functional, but explorer started crashing often in windows using this drive as C:)
Cons: Initially had to do a firmware update that was in dos mode at the time (not terribly hard, or disconcerting to me but I could see it being off putting to others.) the failure of the drive was at least intermittent, I believe I can still salvage data off of it.
Overall Review: My First SSD, was a good ride while it lasted
Pros: Inexpensive; value priced. Performed flawlessly for the first 27 months I owned it.
Cons: No longer recognized by BIOS. Inexplicably, it just died. Submitted an RMA request to OCZ.
Overall Review: We'll see how responsive OCZ is it comes to getting me back up and running.
Pros: it is a pretty quick drive. while it lasted.... good customer service support.. got a new one delivered in about a week time.
Cons: it died after 11 months of light use.. on my system.. went out without warning.. it just kept on trying to boot windows and hang.
Overall Review: got a new one from ocz in about a week. lets see how long this one will last
Pros: It worked well in the beginning, windows installed great, pretty fast.
Cons: Suddenly stopped working after about a year of use, shutting off completely after working for 1-15 minutes. I couldn't save anything off of the drive, windows kept freezing and required a couple hard reboots (power switch on the psu) to make the drive get recognized again. Applied for a rebate about three weeks ago, they got it almost two weeks ago, not a word in response.
Overall Review:
If you tell someone to contact the rma department for an update, maybe you should have an e-mail address listed for your rma department somewhere. Many reviews say it takes a month to get a replacement, not the "1-2 business days" listed on their website. I will never buy another OCZ SSD. Ever. I probably won't even touch anything else made by the company.
Do Not Buy.

Pros: Didnt have to RMA.
Cons: Bought this hard drive April 5th, 2011 and it finally died on October 9th, 2016. i did notice that boot times slowly went down finally resulting in random blue screens and boot failures. ill probably stay away from this brand.
