Pros: This projector is amazing, especially for the price. Using it in my home theater connected to an HTPC, the picture is crisp and clear on my 110" screen. Fan is quiet and includes the best video connections. It's fairly bright. Good in lower light conditions. Not good in a room full of windows.

Cons: The angle the projector throws the image is a little funny. Setting on a table, it will need to be propped up so that it looks like it's pointing at the floor to hit the screen. Defiantly a projector to be mounted on the ceiling.

Overall Review: Did a lot of research before deciding on this one. Has to be one of the best out there for under $1000.

Cons: Setting the keystones and setting up is a pain, but that is the same with any projector, not just this model. Ambient light can be a problem as well.

Overall Review: I've been very impressed with this one. in comparison to how much any HD TV costs, this projector has a MUCH larger screen for a fraction of the cost and its so pretty! we have taken my projector out to the park at night and watched movies on a handball court, even with the screen being 20' X 30' the picture quality is still amazing as long as you have a HD input

Cons: the projector has an inconvenient lens angle no matter how I mount it.

Overall Review: you may have to darken the room for day time viewing and if possible keep the lighting indirect with respect to the display area

Pros: Good brightness, good contrast, amazing quality for a projector in this price range. I mostly play XBOX 360 on it, and it looks incredible. I do have to correct an error in a comment by KB: this projector DOES have HDMI. Just look at the picture of the back of it right here on Newegg.

Cons: No DVI, but not really a big deal. You can get DVI->HDMI converters for cheap (it's the same signal).

Overall Review: For $1000 this is the best HD-capable projector there is. Period. :)

Pros: Light weight, color blends with the ceiling. Great to watch football in HD with friends. Remote buttons light-up when one of them are depressed. Plenty of inputs for your needs. Picture quality is fantastic with DVD, HD DVD and HDTV.

Cons: Does not set up flat for tabletop setting (need to shim it at an awkward angle). Did not come with a carry case.

Overall Review: Have had this for 5 months and love it. Best to be used in a ceiling mount setup. Check with Optima and see if they still have the mail-in rebate. My son loves to play his X-box 360 (Halo 3) on it; when I let him.

Cons: Gets pretty hot. No DVI or HMDI. awkward projection angle shoots the picture a little too high. hard to level and position without shims.

Overall Review: Great for TV, DVD, and PC. Make you room as dark as possible - put foil up on your windows if necessary.
