Question 1

Can the rubber washers be used with a 3.5 inch drive? From the pictures, it looks like there might not be enough room on the sides of the drive.

I used this part for the front panels 5.25 external access slot. You don't mount a 3.5 on the sides with the rubber grommets. Those are for the 4 slot holes on the bottom plate near the edges. They  go in those slots. The sides have a 4 vertical hole points for side screw attachment. I have used the bottom plate mount because it gives total isolation of the Hard Drives body. I mounted this under a dvd/cd drive. Hobby Lobby sells a 12x18' silly mat for $1.29 that is 5mm thick & rubber like. I use that over the Dvd/Cd player drive to stop sound & vibration. It's skinny enough for the vertical sides But I wouldn't.  I'd modify the base holes if needed before I'd try to side dampening. The Frame is metal so it can take treading if necessary. The metal tray seats back from the front case inserted cover front so it doesn't stop air flow. I really like this product because it has plenty of options & screw  parts too!

Ok you say it holds a 3.5 AND 2.5 inch drives. Will they both go the same way? or will there "bellies" be toward each other?

It is only intended to hold one drive of either size, not two.

well i be able to place the case drive covers with these or no?

I am unable to answer this question because the product I ordered was ordered by mistake.  I meant to order the 3.5" to 2.5" bracket and NOT the other way.  I still have the brackets that I ordered by mistake.

Question 4

Do you have any pictures of a 2.5" SSD installed into it? It shows screws go up on the bottom flat side but that makes no sense as the sides of the SSD are where the screws need to go in to. Do not want to buy until I get confirmation as many reviews say no instructions are included

SSD's do in fact have mounting holes on both the sides and the bottom, at least all mine do (Samsung and a couple other brands). They mounted fine on the bottom holes in my case. It didn't come with instructions, but it was pretty easy to figure out in my opinion.

Question 5

WILL IT FIT AN ANTEC 1200 ? THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE CASE WILL NOT FIT MY KINGSTON HYPER SSD

Hello,  The adapter did fit the two SSD drives that I purchase from NewEgg.
I'm not sure what size the Antec 1200 is.  This adapter fits standard size bays.
