If your SIM card band is compatible with the 4G Router, but the device cannot be properly connected to the Internet, you need to disable the PIN code and modify the APN. (Please consult the operator for specific information)
If the signal is unstable, you can also lock the 4G or 3G network on the management Settings page, which can effectively improve the stability of the network.
If your settings are correct and your device is still unable to connect to the network, consider the following issues:
1. The account was suspended due to excessive data usage.
2. Is the SIM card an iot card?
3. The SIM card has limited service and cannot be used with a router or hotspot.
4. Roaming service is not supported.
