1. Please use the Vega T1 dongle to connect your VR/PC/Console, rather than relying on a Bluetooth connection.
2. Please note that it is important to insert the Dongle into the front of the main unit and avoid plugging it into the back.
What should I do if the volume is too low?
1. Use the physical buttons on the Quest to adjust and increase the volume.
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on the Quest, forget the Bluetooth audio device, restart the Quest, and reset the Vega T1.
What should I do if my headphones have no sound?
1. Use a dry cloth to wipe the charging contacts, ensuring that there is no dirt or debris on the surface.
2. Please avoid using third-party ear tips, such as foam tips, as they can affect charging.
3. Reset the headphones.
Does the Vega T1 support Xbox?
Vega T1 works with PS4, PS5, Steam deck, Switch and PCbut does not support Xbox.
