This fan has three speeds to adjust, but if the output current of your USB port is less than 0.8A, the 3rd speed may not work normally, please use other USB ports that support 5V/0.8A output.

No, this is USB powered desk fan, the usb cord cannot be detached, it needs to be plugged in for working.
Can this fan auto restart after power is restored? Does it have memory function?
No, our table fan will turn off after power loss. Once the power is restored, you'll need to turn it back on manually, and it won't remember the last speed setting.
