A1: Please kindly adjust the focus distance. The best Observation distance is 4-10 cm. Please do not move the lens too fast when viewing. Please adjust the LED lights to the max if working in pure dark environment.

Q2: Why can not see anything after running the APP?

A2: Please kindly noted to choose right version APP. Also please kindly confirm if connect to the WiFi successfully.

Q3: Does the endoscope can be used under water?

A3: The endoscope support IP67 standard waterproof. So it can be used underwater.

Q4: What is hard cable? What is the difference with soft cable?

A4 : Semi-rigid cable can bend and keep its angle. It is easy for us to access narrow places. Soft cable can be bend according to the environment. So it is easier to use in the sewer, tube and etc.
