Exceptionally Compact, Copper Enhanced, Extreme Cooling.

The Power of Copper

Copper is a malleable, and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. It’s nearly twice as thermal conductive as aluminum. However, 3 times as costly as aluminum normally making it the choice material for only the most thermal critical components such as heatpipes and heatsink bases.

IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

The Advantages of Copper 15% Better Thermal Performance

Taking advantage of copper’s superior thermal conductivity, the C7 Cu is capable of achieving a additional 15% of thermal performance compared to the standard C7. This is added performance without adding extra size or Fan RPM/CFM/dBA.

Zero Interference Design

C7 Cu
Back Side

Fiberglass enhanced plastic backplate is both sturdy and minimal in design, avoiding backside components.

C7 Cu
Front Side

Kept in the CPU Keep Out Zone, means zero problems with front side RAM slots or components.

C7 Cu
Back Side (optional)

In case of added backside components, the backplate can be replaced by the included washers to avoid interference.

C7 Cu

Made for Small Form Factor ITX Max Size to Performance Ratio

The C7 Cu is made to solve heatsink size limitations in SFF/ITX systems, unleash your CPU! With a total height of 47mm including heatsink and fan, the C7 Cu is in the same height range of stock heatsinks. Meaning the C7 Cu can fit and go into any system that is compatible with CPU stock coolers.

C7 Cu

Extra Air in Tight Spaces With Quad Air Intake

In most SFF/ITX systems there’s limited space between the top of the heatsink and the case panel limiting fan front air intake. CRYORIG’s patent Quad Air Intake, adds four aero dynamic intakes in the corners of the fan pulling extra airflow from the sides of the fan.

Nullify Vibrations With Built In Acoustic Absorbers

Included with every C7 Cu fan are four pre-installed integrated Acoustic Absorbers. These thick silicon pads form a buffer between the fan and heatsink body, nullifying unwanted vibration noise.

Great for Small Cases like Node 202

Pros: Small form Factor
good cooling for size (Averaging 33°C with i5-8600) max temp under stress test was 73°C

Cons: Backplate was a pain to install the feet of the cooler did not want to match up correctly
the fan is good but could be better

Other Thoughts: Would definitely recommend this cooler for small cases or even larger cases if running at stock speeds but wouldn't overclock or use it on high heat CPU's

beautiful, but don't expect a cooling miracle with this unit

Pros: very nice looking. the main reason i bought it.
cools decently for the size
67c in furmark cpu stress test

Cons: backplate is ridiculous to install
the plate is roughly machined. not a polish finish
the fan is alright... definitely not of the best quality
idles at 36c with noctua nh-01 thermal paste

Other Thoughts: it's about the same performance of the stock wraithspire cooler.
you could probably get away with a mild oc, but i definitely wouldn't recommend pushing a cpu too far.
is it worth $50? probably not if you're looking for the best cooling in a compact size. is it worth it if you're mainly concerned about styling and a decent running cooler at stock speeds? definitely.

EXCELLENT for MY RYZEN 2700x Processor - COOL AND QUIET

Pros: Excellent update to my processor cooler, I used to have the regular one. This one is a 115W TDP and my Ryzen 2700x is a 105W TDP Processor. I use it in an RVZ03 case with Corsair Mag Lev fans cooling this bad boy. I used Gelid GC Extreme paste with this and very happy with the results.

Cons: None, perhaps only thing is that you need to order AM4 upgrade kit for this bad boy for $5 available here which I think is fine.

Other Thoughts: My computer runs more quiet than ever before in the middle of summer. Of course the case I recommend matters, which allows full size 120mm blowing on it, and it's a PWM fan so it allows you to control fan speed to be quiet also.

GET THIS COOLER, especially if you have a higher TDP processor, perhaps even if you have a lower one because there is a difference.

Great little cooler, and pretty!

Pros: It's low profile
It's quiet
It's pretty and fit my color scheme

Cons: None so far, but you must know what you are buying!

Other Thoughts: Maybe it's just my unit or motherboard, but it would not fit easily. I had to force it, which I was reluctant to do at first.
That said, I Just removed and put it back a few times and now it's alright.

It keeps my i5-8400 in the 30 degrees Celsius at idle and it hovers around 70 Celsius on prime / torture test with fan at max speed.
In real life scenarios and with the most quiet fan curve settings, I can barely hear it ever. Not as good as a big tower cooler if you got the space, but it allowed me to build a great SFF gaming machine.

Excellent Cooling in a Pretty Copper Package

Pros: Copper

Heavy

Pretty

Excellent Cooling on top of an 8086K

Non-interference design works exactly how it should

Relatively silent

Cons: Backplate was impressively stubborn to push onto the mounting posts, required more force than I was comfortable with

Other Thoughts: Pretty damned good for $50

"Coper" Old English derived from the Latin 'Cyprium aes', meaning a metal from Cyprus

Pros: Reliable and performs as promised. keeps my i7 8700 slightly cooler than the Aluminum C7 but noticeable.
Pretty.

Cons: The plastic washers are useless as they are too thin to fill the gap between the metal nut, leaving the heatsink not completely seated. Had to drill a bit into the backplate to clear some component solder pins.

Other Thoughts: It's a heavy block of copper. Coming in at almost double the weight of the Aluminum C7 (675g vs 357g), it's easy to forget how heavy copper (Cu) can be. I don't mind the added weight for the extra TDP (100w TDP vs 115w TDP) but it's something to consider. Plus its really pretty

Excellent product, exceptional itx cooling in Node 202.

Pros: Running 1700x in a node 202 on an ASRock X470 Gaming-ITX/ac AM4 AMD Promontory motherboard. Idle 35-38c under full load hovers around 58c. For a small form factor cooler it does exactly what I would expect of an all copper cooler.

Cons: Non very happy with it.

Other Thoughts: Since copper is a better conductor of heat than aluminum the temps jump up and come down much more quickly which can cause the fan to sound like a yoyo. I recommend setting a custom fan curve to prevent this.
