We’ve taken our busylight to a whole new level, making it visible from any direction. The red light is automatically activated when you’re on a call or in a meeting, or you can activate it yourself at the touch of a button. So, even when you’re right in the middle of everything, your busylight will protect you from all angles, and all interruptions.
It’s like having a built-in security guard for your concentration.
Pros: Better than average sound clarity (but not presence/ambience)
Cons: Not good for music (sounds flat/not spatial) Very little vertical 'tilt' to earpieces...relies on headband flex to compensate They removed LH/RH boom capability from original 65 and made it RH only No usable documentation other than a 'universal' picture on the inside of the box that makes vague reference to buttons.. not even a web link to Quick Start or User Manual Entirely stupid POWER->BLUETOOTH switch. Hello? When were 'POWER' and 'BLUETOOTH' opposing features?!? BTW- if you want to use USB cord for comms, you ALSO need to slide that same switch to BLUETOOTH...how does THAT make sense?!? Now the showstoppers: if you pair to 2 devices i.e. to TEAMS on phone and TEAMS on PC via USB transceiver (as is possible since this is a multipoint bluetooth device and they claim they support this) 1) get a call/not on call: you answer it but then it immediately gets put on hold. Connect that...and it goes on hold AGAIN, 3rd time you can talk to the person: 2) get a call/already on call: it autoanswers the 2nd call, puts the first call on hold and ALSO puts the 2nd call on hold. sometimes lose BOTH calls Called Jabra support: got asked a lot of questions, got lots of canned answers (from a search engine) then told 'engineering team is aware of issue and will reproduce in a lab/work until resolved'. NIce words....week #3 and 30-day window ending so had to return
Overall Review: For the price-point, this is a mediocre headset at best and clearly is not user centric. Supposed to be a market-leader in this segment but looking like they are relying on BRAND to sell devices...not quality. Possibly the most disappointing mid/high-end headset I've ever owned Over: priced claim of performance claim of functionality Under: quality functionality support 6 strikes...you're more than 'out'.
