Overall Review: Combined with the i7 6770k 4.0 GHz processor, if you add a mid-range video card, this can be a great PC for gaming. Out-the-box, great and fast performance. Windows boots up in a few seconds. Programs open in milliseconds.

Overall Review: well, it arrived. then sat on my mother's desk for 6 months. booted it up, no drive found. booted again and this time setup installed and loaded windows. booted again, and now the SSD is kaput. there is no bootable device found.

Pros: So I've had the computer now for a couple of weeks I haven't had any problems with it I've strained it to its limits and it's able to handle everything I want to do at once and more without any issues. This is a good bang for your buck rather than peace and a computer together myself and buying the parts which can be really expensive once it starts adding up going from years of building machines I was hesitant at first but this ended up being a great purchase I highly recommend

Pros: Ordering was very easy. Product shipped in one day after ordering. Boxed very carefully, no shipping damage. Computer looks brand new, not a scratch on it. Don't hesitate to use these people.

Pros: -It's dead silent. Went from a massive gaming case with multiple fans that sounded like a plan taking off to this that I have to look to make sure it's even on. -Super fast. Now I went from a AMD phenom ll to this so not much to compare against. -Was packaged well and delivered intact.

Cons: nothing yet other then it's limited life till 2025 when windows 10 support stops.

Overall Review: -If you don't know what refurb is then you shouldn't buy it. It's gonna have a ding or scratch, and the way ups and fedex handle packages I'm not surprised that some may arrive doa. Hard to blame the seller on something as delicate as a computer tower. -Also don't blame the seller for not telling you it wont support windows 11. They never claimed it would, and you should do your own research if you want specific software to run that it's supported. Buyers like this that leave 1 egg reviews for their own inability to educate themselves should not be allowed to leave them. -

Pros: As close to new as anyone could ever expect! Silent and screaming fast! I only buy refurbs and I can barely even tell this was refurbed at all and I know what to look for!

Overall Review: Just a great value. This will be used for audio recording but if you were to simply add a great video card (anda power supply if you get crazy) you would have one heck of a gamer.

Pros: Received this morning. Packed very well in lots of bubble wrap. Included keyboard, mouse and a WiFi dongle. PC powered right up and after going through the usual Windows 10 setup, has functioned perfectly. We bought this one to replace an earlier model Dell Optiplex also purchased from NewEgg some years ago (also a refurbished machine). The headline description for this ad says "WiFi', which suggested that the PC came with built-in WiFi, which no Optiplex PC's are equipped. That being said, the WiFi dongle was instantly recognized by Windows 10 and there was no need for the CD which came with the dongle.

Cons: Nothing to mention yet. One scratch on the side panel about 3 inches long, but no dents. Assume the scratch was caused by packing, but we don't care about a scratch. Covered it up with an adhesive sticker of Insane Clown Posse.

Overall Review: I recommend this specific machine for those who want an office or home office machine capable of the usual office tasks, which is what we bought it for. Re-purposed (read: used but refurbished) PC's are a great bargain. Shipping was prompt with lots of tracking alerts.
