Great Price decent product 8/9/2019 4:30:18 AM

Pros: small, no fan, great price

Cons: I have it running 24 hours a day acting as a license server on my network. I find I need to reboot it once a week. Not a big deal but maybe there is a more reliable product out there

Overall Review: Even with the trouble of restarting it. I could not beat the price so it will stay for now

AVOID AVOID AVOID 3/26/2019 7:05:58 PM

Pros: Small rugged case

Cons: Ordered three, One died after two weeks of use. Tried to get it replaced, but the company kept on giving useless tips on trying to fix it, trying to run out the warranty.
One of the other ones has constant wifi issues, and will on occasion blue screen on start up.
Save you money and sanity and get an intel NUC.

Overall Review: AVOID

Great Little Machine! 10/7/2018 7:38:26 AM

Pros: Small format/footprint, noise-free operation, multiple connections, powerful and quick for its size

Cons: Have not encountered any serious cons yet, perhaps the only useful addition would be a second HDMI output, rather than VGA. We still have monitors with VGA in, so this wasn’t a problem. However, more and more displays are being built without a VGA option.

Overall Review: We have 8 of these units now, running web conferencing software in our conference rooms. They are robust enough to handle anything we’ve used them for. The availability of USB 2.0 & 3.0, dual NIC, serial ports, as well as both VGA and HDMI outputs.

Great Product 2/23/2018 12:40:40 PM

Pros: Windows licence was included. Product key was on PC.
Like the fact that windows 10 updates are blocked from manufacturer. Makes the PC much more stable.

Cons: nothing

Reliable fan less PC with lots of IO ports 1/21/2018 8:09:57 AM

Pros: + Lots of IO ports
+ Fan less
+ Well constructed case with cooling fins
+ Comes exactly as described and ordered
+ Prompt and fast shipping (from China)

Cons: - No documentation. Absolutely nothing
- No ground from the power supply, and the case MUST be grounded for it to operate correctly

Overall Review: I purchased this PC to remotely control my telescope, mount, focuser and cameras (an 11 megapixel color with cooler, and a 2 megapixel B&W) in an observatory. Thus far (several months on) it has worked perfectly, and even with the wimpy Celeron processor is able to handle all of the devices concurrently, which includes transferring the very large images over the wired LAN port to my office desktop.

The PC is mounted vertically in an unheated and uncooled space. I only one of the wired LAN connections and have disabled the WIFI.

Note that this is not a small PC: it measures 8 inches by 7 inches and is about 2 inches high.

The PC booted up to the provided Windows 10 Pro OS out of the box. I have read that this manufacturer installs pirated versions of Windows, but after confirming the system worked I replaced Windows with Linux, and did not verify if the installed OS was legitimate.
