This IC690USB901 industrial programming download cable is a professional communication adapter specially designed for US GE Fanuc 90-30 and 90-70 series PLCs, adopting standard SNP communication protocol to realize stable data interaction between industrial controllers and engineering computers.
One end is standard USB 2.0 Type-A for connecting laptops or desktops, and the other end is DB15 male connector that perfectly plugs into the programming port of GE 90-series PLC. The cable takes power directly from the computer USB port without extra external power supply, greatly simplifying on-site wiring operations.
Equipped with dual-color signal indicator lights on the signal conversion box: red light for data transmission (TX), green light for data reception (RX). Engineers can quickly confirm normal communication status without extra testing tools during debugging, maintenance and program backup work.
Constructed with full pure copper wire core and double-layer aluminum foil shielding, the cable effectively resists electromagnetic interference in noisy factory environments. Integrated TVS surge, overvoltage and short-circuit protection circuits prevent PLC and computer port damage from unstable industrial power grids.
It supports a maximum communication distance up to 1.5km, meeting long-distance on-site debugging demands. Compatible with mainstream Windows operating systems including XP, Vista, Win7 and Win10 (32 & 64 bit); install the matching driver to simulate a virtual COM port for PLC programming software connection.
Durable gold-plated DB15 and USB connectors reduce contact resistance and avoid loose connection caused by frequent plugging and unplugging. Flexible anti-break PVC outer sheath withstands long-term workshop use. Widely applied in industrial automation equipment debugging, production line PLC program modification, fault diagnosis and data backup scenarios.
