ECC Registered DIMMs & ECC UDIMMs can not be mixed. If your system came with ECC UDIMMs then use of registered DIMMs will require removal of all exisiting UDIMMs.

For Z600 C2 revision can use these regisitered DIMMs. Not compatible with B3 revision and Z600, B3 can not even use 8GB DIMMs per socket.
