DIY Supplies:ELECTRICAL
Model Number:-
Output Type:-
High resolution USB line array CCD
• CCD chip: Toshiba TCD1304AP, pixel size 8um × 200um, total pixels 3648, wavelength response range is 300nm ~ 1100nm.
• AD sampling rate: 187.5kHz.
• AD sampling depth: 16 Bit.
• USB 2.0 interface, the USB interface chip used is FT245, and the maximum communication speed is 1MByte.
• CCD drive and data sampling control circuitry is done by Cyclone fpga.
• The integrated exposure time of the CCD is adjustable in 100 steps. The two integration durations can be 200us-20ms or 10us-1ms. Please inform the seller in advance when purchasing, otherwise the CCD with 200us-20ms integration time will be sent by default.
• Trigger mode is optional for internal or external trigger software programming.
• The CCD output frame rate set during internal triggering is 50 frames per second.
• The trigger frequency of the external trigger can be set to any frequency between 1 Hz and 20 Hz as needed.
• The image data of the CCD can be input to the computer via USB on the one hand, or displayed by the oscilloscope through the synchronous analog output port or by other capture cards.
• The synchronous trigger output port can synchronously output the internal clock signal or the external trigger signal during internal triggering. This signal can be used to trigger the oscilloscope. This signal is synchronized with the analog signal of the CCD image.
• The driver board and CCD sensor can be installed separately, and the two are connected by cable. The line length is 5cm~1m.
• The test software is written by Borland C++ Builder and its source code is sent to the customer along with the CCD board.
• In addition to the BCB source code routines, the Visual C++ source code routines are included. Users can modify and make their own software on this basis. If the user needs to write with other software such as VB, Delphi or Labview, you can download the corresponding routine from the official website of FT245 supplier (//www.ftdichip.com/Support/SoftwareExamples/CodeExamples.htm), the customer can Embedding CCD data acquisition, CCD integration time and internal and external trigger commands in the corresponding routines can control the CCD based on the software itself.
• The line array CCD (TCD1304) model is the same as the line array CCD used in Ocean Optics' HR4000 spectrum. The drive circuit is also very similar, so customers can use this CCD to develop the spectrometer.
• The external trigger function of this CCD can be used to capture laser pulses with lower pulse repetition rates.
• Scan with this linear array CCD to measure images of larger diameter spots (>2 cm).
• Has been successfully applied to spectrometers and measured the laser spectrum of a sub-10fs titanium gem femtosecond laser, as shown in the picture above.
